Joe Sykora

Company Steward, Telemark Skier and Outdoor Enthusiast
How do you start your own business?  In the case of President and Owner, Joe Sykora, you live and breathe woodworking - literally. When Joe decided to open his custom woodworking shop he soon found himself living in it.  Waking up covered in sawdust raised a few eyebrows, but it makes for a good story over a pint of fine homebrew.  Times have changed, but Joe’s dedication remains the same.  “I’ve been fortunate enough to have clients that let me add a bit of artistic charm to each of my projects.”  The results speak for themselves.

Andrew "Major" Nelson

Design and Fabrication, Guitar Maker
If you want something done well, Andrew is your go-to guy.  He moved to Colorado with his beautiful wife Kristen to enjoy the mountains.  Their two young sons keep them busy... very busy… the boys must get their energy from their father.  Andrew dreams of living in a heavy timber-framed house on twenty peaceful acres, next to a creek on a hillside overlooking open space (it’s good to have goals).  They are a family that loves listening to and playing music, especially the guitar.

Joseph Lloyd

Fabrication and Installation, Student and World Traveler
Little Joe is currently working on his BA in Spanish at the University of Colorado. He hails from Dedham, Ma, where he grew up helping his father in the family construction firm.  His experience goes a long way in the field and is invaluable in foreseeing and avoiding difficulties in the installation of our cabinetry and millwork.  Aside from racking up stamps in his passport, Joe enjoys backcountry skiing, mountain biking and hiking.
